About Guildhall Creative Entrepreneurs
In 2013, the Guildhall School and Cause4
set up a business incubator to help people in the performing arts to launch their own enterprises. Since then we have supported the creation of over 30 businesses ranging from new performing ensembles to production companies to online music platforms.
Our mission is to cultivate the growth of enterprises that are innovative and make new contributions to the arts, society and the creative economy. We use our combined industry networks, business expertise and deep knowledge of the performing arts to enable entrepreneurs to turn creative ideas into successful businesses.
Unlike other incubators, our focus is placed uniquely on the performing arts. The entrepreneurs we support are typically performing artists themselves (across dance, drama, music) or those with a business idea in the sector (producers, event managers, digital entrepreneurs). If it's performing arts related, we are the go-to Scheme to join.
