I run #sssoBelgium
since September 2015 and after building up many interesting experiences
in different backgrounds, I started up my own business. As of August 2015, I’m a versatile entrepreneur who operates from The Unicorn Mothership
, my own music and media agency. I freelance to help artists, startups and brands develop their professional and personal goals by bringing together music, media and mindstyle. That is the tagline of my business. More specifically this means I offer coaching and digital marketing services, specialising in reputation building, business incubation in China, content creation and community management in a B2B, B2C and direct-to-fan environment and from a holistic perspective.
With #sssoBelgium I aim to bring the music industry from the Flemish and Walloon Region closer together and create more opportunities for matchmaking women in music, both within Belgium and in the world.
On top of that, a focus on student projects is one of the core activities within #sssoBelgium, since I believe students are the future and can benefit greatly from tapping into a network that puts forth professionalism and high values.
Since 2013, I’ve also been very active as a radio host and producer, with The Wrong Lane
, my own show and in Belgium and We Play House Radio, a monthly podcast for We Play House Recordings
airing in different cities across Europe. I’m currently branching out with The Wrong Lane to Amsterdam and growing it into an independent brand on its own, and a platform where artists can safely release their music through.
I've been lucky enough to have worked with amazing companies with the likes of Red Bull Music, Massive Media Match (Twoo.com), thewwhoe.com, Soho Radio (London), Reform Radio (Manchester), Mixcloud and Daily Zen.
